PICK-UP

1. You can choose to pick up your order from our central kitchen, located at Lot 4, Lorong Enggang 37, Ulu Kelang Industrial Area, 54200 Selangor (Google Map Link: https://goo.gl/maps/ZnPDftnrtCv).

2. Pick-up is only available during Monday to Friday, 9am to 12pm or 2pm to 5pm.

3. Pick-up is not available during weekends and public holidays.


MAILING SERVICE FOR MERCHANDISE/GIFT VOUCHERS

1. If you wish to buy Dunkin’ Donuts merchandise or gift vouchers and have them mailed to you, we can arrange for such option. Please email us at orderonline@dunkindonuts.com.my for more information.


TERMS & CONDITIONS

PRODUCTS & PRICES

1. All product images are for illustrative purposes only. Products and packaging appearance may differ from the product images.

2. All prices are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit and exclude any applicable government taxes.

3. Our business is registered under the Service Tax Act 2018 (SST No. W10-1808-31035497). All prices are subject to 6% Service Tax.

4. All prices listed are correct at the time of publication. The Company reserves the right to update our prices from time-to-time.

5. Any order you placed with us is subject to product availability and delivery capacity. If any product is not available or if there is no delivery capacity, we will contact you in advance and propose you with other options.

6. All products sold to our customers are intended for your own use only and not for resale.

 

SPECIAL ORDER

1. We are able to customize our products for parties and events. Please email us at orderonline@dunkindonuts.com.my for more information.

 

ORDER LEAD TIME

1. A “Normal Order” is an order that is less than RM350. A “Large Order” is an order that is RM350 and above.

2. For “Normal Order”:

2.1 If you wish to receive your order any day from Tuesday to Saturday, please place your order latest by 2pm the day before the intended delivery day.

2.2 If you wish to receive your order on Monday, please place your order latest by 10am the Saturday before the intended delivery day.

3. For “Large Order”, please order three (3) working days in advance from the intended delivery day.

 

DELIVERY POLICY

1. The Company may engage third party service provider to deliver the products to our customers.

2. Delivery periods quoted at the time of ordering are approximate only and may vary. Products will be delivered to the address provided by you at the time of ordering.

3. We will make every effort to deliver the products in a timely manner to our customers. However, we shall not be liable for any loss caused to you due to late delivery by us or the third-party service provider.

4. If the products are not delivered within the estimated delivery time, you may contact us by phone (+603-4256 0688 / +6018-901 0688) or email (orderonline@dunkindonuts.com.my). We will try our best to ensure you receive your order as quickly as possible.

5. In case of late delivery, the delivery charge will neither be voided or refunded by the Company.

6. If you fail to accept delivery of the products at the time they are ready for delivery, or we are unable to deliver at the nominated time due to your failure to provide accurate information, instructions or authorization, then such products shall be deemed to have been delivered to you and all risk and responsibility in relations to such products shall pass to you.

7. All risk in the products shall pass to you upon delivery.

8. Please note that it might not be possible to deliver to some locations. If this is the case, we will contact you in advance to make alternative arrangement.

 

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

1. You must notify us immediately if you decide to cancel your order, preferably by phone (+603-4256 0688 / +6018-901 0688) and quote your order number. The Company reserves the right to refuse cancellation due to various reasons, e.g. the preparation of the products has already started or completed and/or delivery personnel has already been dispatched.

2. In case any product ordered is not available, we will inform you in advance and propose other options. You can choose to cancel the order and we will refund you the full amount.

3. If the Company accepts your cancellation, we will refund you the full amount of your order.

 

GENERAL

1. Where we have requested information from you to facilitate the ordering process, you agree to provide us with accurate and complete information.

2. We have taken all reasonable steps to prevent Internet fraud and ensure any data collected from you is stored as securely and safely as possible. However, we shall not be held liable in the event of a breach in our computer systems or those of third parties.

3. The Company reserves the right to change our terms and conditions without prior notice. In the event that any changes are made, the revised terms and conditions shall be posted on this Website.
